    I didn't have any issues with service or wait times like other reviews mentioned, though I did notice the guy behind the cashier would talk in an impatient tone to people who arrived at the cashier before making a decision on their order.

    I ordered the 2 taco combo with shredded beef and pork carnitas. The combo comes with black beans and rice. The beans were good but the rice was a little clumpy with some hard and dry bits. Portion wise, I would say it's a good amount of food for the money - the taco meat was really piled on. Pork carnitas were very tender and sweet - liked them a lot. Shredded beef was okay too but slightly less flavorful.

    For airport standards, I was pretty satisfied with my meal! If you're just in it for a filling, reasonably priced meal, Loteria does the job.

    This is the one of the worst customer service I've experienced. The cashier gave me attitude as I ordered 2 Carnitas Combination plates. He says to me , it's a combination plate not 2 Tacos. I told him , yes , I want 2 combination plates. Then the he says, it's too much food for you. I had to tell the jack a **, I want 2 meals as  it's for my wife and I. He still insisted ,it's a lots of food and the combination plates are large servings. At that point ,I have enough of his BS and was ready to tell him to f*"@¥ off. WTF ! Just take order and keep the line moving.

    The combination plates were not huge servings. I could easily eat both plates myself . As to why the clerk gave me such crappy service, I have no idea. The meal overall was a 3 rating. I've  had much better. However ,for airport location ,it's satisfactory.

    *** Service level , I would give a 0. The wait time for my order was 21 minutes. You would NEVER wait that long at any fast food drive thru  What's worse they  were not

    Horrible service and even worse food!  I approached this place because there was only one person in line as opposed to all of the other places in the food court - but that should have been my 1st clue to STAY AWAY!  

    But as soon as I came up, the ONE person in line and I were told to go order our food at the bar.  We looked at one another and shrugged and said "ok."

    The 1st cashier attempted to take guys order in front of me then couldn't figure it out.  Then he AND the bar tender left us hanging.  Bar tender took guys order just left me standing there for like 5-10 more minutes while he offered different shots to bar patrons not even done with their initial drinks.  Wtf?!  Um, I'd like to order food and a drink!!

    Girl at restaurant sees and says she can take my order now.  Ok. But I want a real drink and she says only bar tender can take that order...so I finish my food order, FINALLY.  In the meantime, two other people (men) get their food orders in/served.  So I go over to the bar to order a drink and the guy walks away again!  Wtf does a girl have to do to get a drink?  Do you have to WIN the Loteria to be served?!!!!  At this point I'm pretty annoyed and ask if I can get a drink and he says 'yes, be right there' and is in no rush to come over so I walk away.  I'm no longer interested in a drink there....

    Food took an eternity as other orders got in first AND there was ONE sweet little cook...by herself, that was about to get my order wrong until I caught her making it and verified it was my order to ask she remove one of the items I asked for on the side.  (I'm allergic, but my son loves).  

    Food was bland and tasteless...but wasn't expecting a hell of a lot, based on service.  But not THaT bad.  

    Stick to The Counter and other vendors in the area!  Much better service's excellent quality of food!  My sons fries and burger were delicious!!!

    What a nasty place to eat owned by this fat Idiot jimmy Shaw who has no care to run a restaurant just expects it to run itself. Most of the food is sold past the expiration the boh and the foh have no management so they do whatever they want affecting the customers while charging fine dining prices for trash.. the owner should kill himself for being such a dumbass.

    Cool place Cesar our bartender is really really Nice .... call us by our name and very nice and polite
    About the food Jon had the huevos rancheros they where good I order two tacos expecting cochinita  pibil  like the "picture "and instead was a simple just carnitas so it was so so  make it taste better with chipotle cholula sauce lemon and salt  and got a little better
